Chuck brings a whole new sound, energy and creativity to Platinum Express, with his classic screaming Hammond organ and some of the best keyboard playing you'll hear in this town!

Since 1965, Chuck has become a well-known, significant presence among Kansas City musicians! He has played with national acts, like Nashville recording artist, Tom Dryer and Pokerface, and has been a studio musician on several CD projects for other groups. Chuck Played with founding members of Fresh Brew, Danielle Nicole Band and Tran\mpled Under Foot, winning best Blues band in KC & went to semi finals in Memphis,TN! Chuck went again to semi finals with Connie & the Blues Wreckers In Memphis at the international Blues contest!

Chuck's first band with a horn section was McFunk, playing 5-6 nites a week at “Dirty McNasty’s Boiler Room” in River Quay area, "back in the day".

Chuck has taken several groups on to win regional "Battle of the Bands" and "Best Blues Band" competitions with his signature sound and has been in well-known regional groups like Scotty and The Soultones and Fresh Brew and The Asylum Blues Band. His musical experience has also taken him through various genres, like Motown, Blues, Rock and Roll and Country!
